I found the hotel to be quite spacious and modern, with extremely helpful staff who were a joy to talk to. However, the lack of air conditioning or even a small fan was a downside. The location was convenient, especially being right next to the train station in the town center, perfect for exploring Windsor and beyond.

I had a pleasant stay at the hotel. The rooms were clean, tidy, and a good size, facing the castle. The service was welcoming and friendly, although the shower curtain was dirty and stained. The location was really convenient, right in the center allowing for easy access to dining options without worrying about driving. The dining experience was a bit of a letdown due to inconsiderate families letting their kids run around, but the homemade sausages were a hit.

The hotel is perfectly located in the town center, right next to the train station and Windsor Castle. The rooms are spotless and come with convenient amenities like a kettle, cups, and a Freeview TV. The service was helpful and engaging, although the shower curtain in the 'Superior Room' for a family of four was dirty and stained. The location is ideal for exploring all the nearby tourist attractions, with easy access to Windsor Castle and Legoland buses. The dining experience, while good value, had some slight issues, like a few guests complaining about the food portions, but overall, it was satisfactory. The hotel offers basic facilities that are well maintained.

The hotel room had everything I needed, and I easily sourced a hairdryer from reception. The room was excellent, modern, with a great coffee machine, comfy bed, and powerful shower. The only downside was the noisy room.
